Greece tricked Germany into a trap to avenge occupation during WWII?

I found this hilarious video on internet. By the analysis of Mr. Panos, Greeks are devious economy geeks, who devised a plan to make Germany send them money again, and again, to get the revenge for Hitler invasion of Greece during WWII.
