Employees of the Greek intelligence protest in Athens


Greek intelligence officers, which by the nature of its activities avoid publicity, decided on Tuesday the unprecedented step to stage a demonstration, the Athens News Agency reported.
About 200 employees of the National Information Service (intelligence agencies) gathered in front of the police ministry in the capital. Demands of the protesters - "solve financial questions that relate to their work," the agency said.


Greek government in exchange for EU and IMF loans reduces the costs, including salaries, pensions, and the budgets of state agencies.
