However, until now, Russia has already had many reasons to doubt the honesty of the statements of the authorities of Kosovo, which, judging from the previously promulgated the report of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, were themselves involved in numerous crimes committed in the territory's breakaway province.
