The average wage on Greek Rail Road is 60- 80K a year. Sounds ridiculous? The German counterparts have merely 25-30K, and they have to bail out Greeks. In total EU subsidize Greek Rail Roads 0.5 billion EU per year, the road itself does meagre 100 million.
